Aitels sales representative Jaspreet called me and sold me an HD DTH plan with 1 month mega pack for 1750. To my surprise when I got the activation message from Airtel it said Eco Sports Pack Activated, false sales pitch.
When I called thier call centre their representatives were rude and their senior was the height of unprofessionalism, after waiting for more thah 10 mins twice this idiot abruptly disconnected my call twice, sheer unprofessionalism.
Airtel is full of cheats and unprofessional executives. I repent my decision of buying Airtel
DTH and I want to disconnect my plan and want my money back ASAP.
For all fellow mouthshut readers please do not fall prey to airtel dth.
