I am chasing up with airtel customer support from days toghether with no resolution . Rude ground staff and have perfection in lying. I took BMC cover for my setup box and it was supposed to be changed for free but still they r saying they will charge full amount for change and the customer care says that you dont pay as you have cover . Hilarious and disgusting at the same time. Please avoid using their service as you will have a tough time in case of any issue with the line as I am going through .
