Airtel digital tv is usually recharge their pack of 1 month for which I should get atleast 30 days.
The pack costs me around 210 rs but these guys cut my connection in just 20 days and without any prior warning because they dont give any prior warning I had to pay 20 rs extra as charges for stoppage of service.
I have called them so many times and they make illogical excuses.
Also recently I installed their hd box and sometimes the connection of the tv just go.
I have called the technician and he said that the box would be changed, It has just been 2 months and ideally the box needs to be in warranty and they were demanding another 700 rs for the box. I have been really disappointed with the service and I dont recommend to install their box they will also charge you money like that!
