I have been usingĀ Airtel Broadband Internet for the last 9 months. To be fair it has been reliable for most of the time but what prompted me to write this review has been the bad attitude of customer support folks.
My connection & Phone stopped working on a Saturday evening. I logged a complaint with them and they said they cannot fix it till Monday afternoon. Because they dont work on Sundays. The problem is that they are not even slightly apologetic about lack of service or about the fact that Internet does not work. I was supposed to work frm home on Sunday and I ended up going to office for a few hours of work. All this inconvenience because of Airtel.
I dont mind if they dont fix the issue but atleast they should have had the courtesy to apologize for the issue and placate a dissatisfied customer.
I am looking for alternatives and plan to disconnect Airtel as soon as I find a decent replacement !
