I am a Airtel broadband subscriber since last 3 years and a very happy customer of their internet service, I have a landline connection along with my broadband connection, I do not use their landline service much, but I am very happy with their internet plans provided by them, good options available along with bandwidth on demand service also available along with the connection.
I have never had a downtime in my service since last 3 years, also the best part of the service is Airtel constantly keeps bringing new internet subscription plans at affordable rates, I am currently subscribed to 256 kbps unlimited bandwidth during daytime, night 512 kbps unlimited bandwidth(10 p.m to 8 a.m), they have even launched a plan which has daytime 512 kbps with 5GB data transfer limit and night 512 lbps unlimited for 788 Rs per month, which is actually a cool deal
The customer service for airtel is very responsive and I have never felt the need to escalate any issue beyond first level contact. I rate this service as best internet service in all aspects.
