Since my airtel app was not taking service request for connection shift, hence I called customer care team and raised a complaint regarding connection shift. It's been 6 days now since the complainant has been raise, 7-8 times I have followed up with customer care but they keep on delaying stating that technical team will call back for connection shift. I am anyhow managing to do work from home and very frustrated because of this delay in shifting connection. I am not sure whether it will be resolved also or not, the way airtel team has taken lightly this issue.
