I recently had an outage twice in less than 20 days, but using it past year and a half. They have revised plans for broadband from April 2014.Customer support is although slow in Delhi NCR.
Which makes it twice the price compare to Nextra and other broadband service providers. So do compare other options available in your area before opting.
*Pros:** Speed, Reliability.
*Cons:** Expensive plans, Slow Customer support, Outage.

Support: 2/10
