They have given me 40MBPS plan, but most of the times, there will be issues.
Internet I never continuous, it disconnects every now and then and speed is normally very less, sometimes it comes close to 2-3 MBPS as compared to 40 MBPS told.
I have registered almost 10 complaints in last 30 days, but there engineers have close to zero knowledge, one will laugh at the resolution being provided by them.
I used other service providers earlier, I never faced these many issues, even BSNL is better than them.
