Today I applied for Airtel disconnection since I have moved to a different address, but Airtel says that it will take 7 days to disconnect this account. To activate they take couple of hours or max one day, so is very strange that they take 7 days to disconnect the account.


Having said that, I never faced any issues with Airtel BB.
