I heard lots of airtel sim or airtel net connection, especially 4G LTE, that speed is so fast and superb.
recently I bought a prepaid sim of airtel through.airtel service centre.! so first 15 to 20 days it gives very bad speed so I called customer care service to tell that there is some problem in their network. so customer care told me that .there is some location problem or mobile handset problem.so we will solve this problem in some days.
first I recharged with 178( 1 GB 4G data+ unlimited calls for 28 days), it is too much costly.then data get finished in 3 days.so I recharged with 199( 1.4 GB PER DAY+ CALL+ 100 SMS FOR 28 days). and another networks provide all these offers at 149/- for example - reliance GIO.
now I insert airtel 4G SIM into my new RED MI mobile( 4G LTE SET).now giving some good speed.!
but now I bought the jio sim and I had removed my airtel 4g sim because of its costlier price list of data recharges.
some day ago customer service & support inform me through SMS that your complaint issue regarding internet speed is resolved.!
