If I talk about the Aircel then only one thing came in mind that is why I bought the Aircel service. If we talk about the Network, The Telenor network is better than the Aircel. The network of Aircel is very poor, You never get complete network especially in northern India.
Customer Service
The customer care of Aircel is one the worst customer care among the other mobile operator. If you call customer care more than 1 time in a single day then Aircel block your number then you never talk to customer care on that day.
If we talk about the Plans and charges of the Aircel is also not good because it only gives 1 GB data in 35 for only 3 days. If you recharge the data pack of rs 35 then you never get high speed on that pack. The maximum speed you get on this pack between 120 kbps to 180 kbps.
I never suggest any one to buy the service of the Aircel. If you want to buy any service then you go through the BSNL or any other. Never go with Aircel.
