Last months one of my friends told me port your airtel sim to aircel as secondary sim because I have already jio sim as primary and im not such familiar with aircel network and there call rate so I decided not to port , to buy a new sim of aircel because porting is not a solution.


With in the weak it start creating problem such as call drop networking, automatic subscribe to vas ( value added service) .


One day I was surprise to see whole my balance is deducted , I dont know for what so I tried to contact to customer care but every time I tired it tells our customer are busy please try later.


They I gave the sim to my sister and next day she told me balance deducted continuosly as ther wear charging for internet uses but the data conecting remained off all the time because every one in one hourse has jio so why we use bad internet network.


customer service is not good and they still need lots of improvement .


I don't know how lots of people uses kind of worse network .


im am not happy with them and there services.
