Hlo guys today we discuss about Aircel. when Aircel came to market it covered good market in India Aircel gives free internet to their first user's for one month but the speed of Aircel is very slow the company didn't satisfied by their services.
Aircel can give good competition to other companies it covers good market but when the company get more customers they can't satisfied their customers. The company didn't provide any service to their customers. Even the company can't improve their services and the company fall down day by dayMain Problems of the operator are
1) The speed of internet is slow as compared to others.
2) The company didn't spread their Network ( Tower) in rular area and in some small aera.
3) They have high rates of plans as compared to other mobile operators which already built strong market in this field .
