Experience against on my complain (ref no 1-8408116563)
I am a victim of unfair Aircel business policy. I took a aircel SIM to do 3G net over my cell phone. Initially I purchased 1 GB pack and it was amazingly fast so I was over satisfied. After finishing 1 GB data I recharges with Rs 997 to get 10GB data with 3G speed. Unfortunately I did not received any 3G data volume against my recharge. So I registered a complain on 16 may (ref no. 1-8408116563) and they told me they would inform me/resolve it within 3 days.Even after 5 days I did not get any message from them so I called them again. They did not provide me any reason why the problem still not been fixed, instead they are saying to register another complain. but I am sure they will not do anything and I understand they have stolen my 997 rs. So please don't recharge with higher plan by satisfying with low cost plan.
The company is already facing huge problem with 2G scam and their future is not certain so they never bother to take any unfair policy
