Am having 3 AIrcel  Postpaid numbers for my Dad Sis And Brother from past 1 years with overall bill 1500 to 2000 per month for 3 numbers.


First few month billing was okay and it was acceptable but, after 4 month I found out lot of wrongly billed amount in the bills. The bill  Rises up to 3000-3500 that was not acceptable as per my Income .


Yes I agree, they will revert the wrongly billed amount. until you fight with Customer Care and keep on calling them to get your amount back. this is the common thing in india till you are not fighting for your rights  you'll not get anything.


Well If you don't find it out, you will cheated gently without your knowledge.


Check your bill top to bottom, I am sure you will find one.


Overall my review:




  1. Network 2/5(cross talking, call disconnection, long dial tone before ringing)




  2. Billing 0/5( wrong billing, poor billing CC, no waiver charge until you MNP to other network)




  3. Customer Care 2/5( No Comments)




  4. Plans 2/5( will keep on increase every month)






go with Vodafone or Airtel or BSNL that will be affordable.
