I am writing a strong complaint against Aircel Cellular Limited which has tried to do a potential fraud of INR 1074 by them in the form of failed online recharge in Aircel.
When, What, Where:
On 15th July'12 in Chennai I had tried to recharge for INR 358 twice on the same day and once on 16th Jul'12 for the same amount, total up to INR 1074; all of the same were done using my credit card (XXXXXXX7013)
, I had immediately tried to alert the Aircel team through 198 but in vain, on 18th Jul'12 I had tried to request for an expedition of service no 1-89177387775 (same was raised on 16th July'12).
On 18th July'12 Aircel team raised a ticket on 1-8937309011, for which I had immediately tried to Support them the screen shots on the failed transactions, on 19th July'12 Guru from Aircel had assured me on the service shortly with a new ticket no 1-8945476391 and assured to restore the money at the earliest.
On 23rd July'12 a new service request no was raised by Aircel team 1-8986641845 and assured a refund of 1074; within 7 working days which was due on 31st Of July'12, which is yet; to be resolved. Additionally Aircel team stated the Citi Bank Payment Gateway is refusing to cooperate on the same.
How & Who:
Now I am addressing this to Citi Bank Payment Gateway team & Standard Chartered team to help me support on the same as Aircel is trying to do a potential scam and or fraud.
