Hello My dear friend to day I am going to share my experience with Aircel. I am using aircel from past 8 years when aircel lunched their 2G unlimited plan. At that time aircel was the biggest company to give 2G unlimited data.
Basically I always rechage my unlimited pack but suddenly then stop their unlimited plan and set limit if 1.5 GB per month. They also not Inform me about limition on data ussage. I connent with my aircel gprs service and I have 150 Rupees in my main account. I put a movie in domloading and went to sleep.
When I wake up and saw that movie was not downloaded due to speed problem and then I check my balance and saw that main account is 0 I complian them but they told me that I had use my main balnace by using net.
I also told them that they did not inform me about this date. Well I did not get my balace refunded.
Currently I am facing a huge Coverage problem in my area. I complain them about this many time they just say we will get back to you in 48 hours but no reply no responce. Pathetic service they even dnt care of their custmer
