Aircel is the worst internet service provider I Had activated pocket internet on 22 September 2013 it is going to expire on 18 October 2013 On 16 October 2013 I just check3ed my balance which had deducted 24-80 as internet charges I called customer service to which first the responded details was not available call after 1 hour.
After 2 hour I called then the person said your amount deduction was due to roaming that was a real blunder I explained to them I was always in roaming usnig airecel network if that as the thing then I would had never used their service and earlier itself Earlier also they had deducted Rs 10 for some issues. I didnt bother bcoz small amount and thought if might be my mistake But now I understood how cheap is aircel
