I have through Air India for around 15 times till date but never once the flight departure was on time neither its arrival.
Everytime I have something planned but the due to Air India its gets flopped. I am so exhausted with their service.
Last sunday I had a connecting flight from Delhi but due to change in timings by Air India I had to run from my 1st flight to next so that I dont miss it.
I was so much frustated.
Air India should especially learn about value of Punctuality as never they value time. This makes them look ridiculous.
Regarding conditions in flight, the seats are not upto the mark. We pay such huge amount so that we travel with comfort and ease but the comfort is lacking from Air india. If I talk about their service then its good.
Overall disappointed with big brands like Air India
