This company claims to be reputed company and they charge very highly as compared to many other companies. But never trust them and never move your luggage through them.
I had booked for moving my household luggage from New Delhi to Lucknow, by paying Rs. 52, 000/- to them. My ordeal with them, which still continues is difficult to describe in words but I have tried to summarize it as below:
(i) The date of packing was fixed about 10 days in advance. Their representatives have visited my house umpteen number of times but on the day of packing their packer had dispute with the driver of the truck who was to deliver the packing materials and the driver parked hi truck some 1 km away from my house and refused to come to my house telling that it is "No entry Area".
They should have seen all this and brought the truck during night time. Even after loss of nearly half day and speaking to all their phone numbers, including their senior officers, nothing happened. They are experts in telling blatant lies and not responding to your calls. Finally, I had to plead with the Police to allow the truck inside our colony and they agreed.
(ii) Though we pay them heavily, but their staff ask for tips at every stage i.e. packing, loading etc. If we do not pay, there is risk of they damaging your articles. Not only that their staff openly say that it is a useless company and they do not own any of the action of the company.
(iii) On the day of loading, the driver started calling me at 04:30 Hrs in the morning itself and did not allow me to sleep, asking for the directions to reach my house and place to park etc. Should this useless company and its' supervisor not guide the driver in advance? But they are just not bothered about your convenience.
(iv) The luggage was loaded on 22.06.2015 at about 13:30 Hrs. but the truck is yet to move put of Delhi and enter boundary of U.P. They had promised me and given it to me in writing in their quotation that it will reach Lucknow within 2 days i.e. by 24.06.2015; but there is no chance of this happening.
(v) The most surprising part is that they do not own the trucks used for transportation. They hire it from some useless and cheap transporter. There is continuous dispute between this Company, the transporter and the driver. Each one of them blames others for everything. I had paid for the full dedicated truck, but the driver started calling me from 22.06.2015 evening itself that the transporter is forcing him to add somebody else' luggage also to it. On checking from the Agarwal Packers & Movers as well as from transporter, they denied it and blamed the driver for cheating. Whatever it is, why should a customer suffer for this.(vi) In anticipation of the luggage reaching Lucknow on 24.06.2015, I came to Lucknow on 23.06.2015. I had arranged 5-6 men for arranging my luggage here and I am staying in Hotel/rest house paying rent for it. When I contacted them they tell white lies and keep on changing their versions. I am still not sure when the luggage will reach Lucknow.
(vii) I have tried calling them on at least 10-20 numbers but either the phone will not be lifted, or the person will say he will call you back(which never happens), or he/she will ask you to contact somebody else, or they will give you a false promise(which some other person will disown next time). I tried to track my consignment on-line also but I got a message that their executive will call me shortly(which did not happen for 24 Hours also).
(viii) On their website they claim of 24 x 7 Tracking and so many things. please do not believe this, it is all lies and lies. I contacted one Mr. Chauhan of their Delhi office, who seems to be their senior officer, but his promises were also of no help and next time he does not lift the phone. Their is one lady by name Asha in their Delhi office, who confirmed today at 10;00 Hrs that the truck has reached Agra but later on their own tracking staff at Hyderabad says that it is yet to start from U.P. boundary. When I called back to tell this lady that she was lying(as was expected by me at that time also) she simply disappeared form the phone and somebody else(who was on phone) just disowned her statement. they have one person by name Shiva Yadav in their Delhi office, who had given it in writing(in the quotation) that the luggage will reach Lucknow by 24.06.2015 but he is such a big lier that he even refuses to admit that he has given some commitment about date of arrival.
(ix) They are now giving different dates about date of arrival of luggage, which ranges from 24.06.2015 to 26.06.2015. But considering their track record, I am not sure when will it reach. The fact remains that I am losing due to their inaction.
