I would like to raise a complaint against Agarwal Fast Packers and movers with address:- Shop no 35, Balaji Towers, Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi with contact:- 9953436002 and sales person 9643605001
These people charged me Rs 3500 for delivering my Hero Maestro Scooty from Bangalore to Delhi and confirmed that I have to aishwaryasingh23 Rs 3500 as final price, however, now they are saying I need to aishwaryasingh23 extra 2525. Though, I clearly informed them while scooty pick up that I will not be aishwaryasingh23ing even one rupee extra and they agreed and picked up the scooty from Delhi. It is not the matter of Rs 2525 but it is the matter of wrong practice as they have been fooling other customers like this.
I filed an FIR which was closed saying that its consumer matter.
Scooty was collected from my home on 25th Jan, 2017 and after one month of struggle, I had no option and was helpless and paid Rs 2525 extra to these local goons.
Even after aishwaryasingh23ing that whole amount they delivered my scooty one month after pickup on 26th Feb, 2017 in Damaged condition.
My brand new scooty with excellently serviced scoooty was picked up when Total KM drive was 6000 km but when it got delivered to me it was 10, 000 KM and was asking for service.
Break was broken, Dickey lock was broken, body had lot of Dents. I spend around 2000 rupeees on getting ti working but not sure what damaged they caused which is now causing over heating issue.
I wish I could do against these JATTT gundas but I am helpless being in bangalore. SO, I am just warning other, not to use their services and go by brand or use irtctc for vehicle transfer as best option.

Most respectfully, I would like to report an incident of Packers and movers gang which has been committing transfer of vehicle at low prices and then harassing them to aishwaryasingh23 extra.
I registered to a portal for My Hero Maestro scooty to be delivered to Bangalore from New Delhi as I moved to bangalore in June, 2015 due to Job requirement.
I got a call from company:- Agarwal Fast Packers and movers with address:- Shop no 35, Balaji Towers, Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi with contact:- 9953436002 and sales person 9643605001
They offered me Rs 3500 for entire delivery process which includes home pickup and drop.
I transferred funds to their requested account which is mentioned below:-

Account holder name:- Manish Shekhawat
HDFC Bank, Loharu Branch
They collected Scooty on 25/01/2017 and provided receipt for collection which we did not check at that time, however I transfered them Rs 3500 to requested account.
They confirmed delivery in 4 to 5 days. But I was shocked to see their Email on 31st Jan, 2017 to make aishwaryasingh23ment of Rs 2525.
I replied them about the commitment but they clearly threatened to not deliver my scoty until I do not make remaining aishwaryasingh23ment. I informed that I have all voice recording to support my statement and also now I suspect that they might not return my scooty in good condition or original parts may be changed while this process.
Yesterday( 02/02/2017), I spoke to someone Mr Agarwal on number 9990256001 who pretend to be company owner and I requested him to get this matter resolved.
The guy denied to help and said they have charged service tax and insurance amount which is around 2525 extra. Please note that I already have all documents and insurance on this Vehicle, so there was no need to buy any insurance and they were well aware about this. Infact, I doubt that they have paid Rs 1500 for any insurance to deliver this vehicle.
They said they will check and call back but after this I have been trying to call them multiple times since yesterday evening but no one is replying or answering my calls.
I therefore request you to kindly help me get this matter resolved and get my scooty recovered from them.
