I had submitted my baby claim reimbursement for hospitalisation as per doctor's request and health condition. He is 8 months old and suffering from fever, omitting and loose motion. Initially claim was approved with some general deduction of claim amount and was expected to receive reimbursement within 30 days from the date of submission. But unfortunately they has mailed at the last moment that your entire claim amount is rejected due to acute febrile illness with acute gastro enteritis with dehydration and said false claim submitted even their expert team also visited to my home/office and asked a lot of documents apart from their checklist. I'm still surprised now what should I do. But next time I will definitely not renew policy from this company and also ask my four colleagues to change company who has purchased same plan with me.
