Disappointing Stay at Acura BMK, Gurgaon
My recent stay at Ac
ura BMK, Gurgaon, was nothing short of disappointing.
The issues began with the allocation of Room 505, which had a smoky odor and multiple cleanliness concerns. The bathroom was dirty, and dust had accumulated in every corner of the room.
Upon raising the matter, we were shifted to Room 501, but the problems persisted. The television wire in this room sparked throughout the night, making it impossible to rest. Despite contacting an electrician, the issue remained unresolved, causing significant inconvenience.
At dinner, the restaurant staff displayed a lack of basic hospitality. Requests for service were met with reluctance and unprofessional behavior, including staff making faces. On the night of May 9th, we were served cold milk with a fly in it, which was appalling. Breakfast the next morning was equally subpar, with watery egg bhurji and pre-packaged juice instead of fresh options.
Later, on May 10th, we encountered yet another issue when our key card stopped working after dinner. We had to wait for an hour to regain access to our room. To make matters worse, we were asked to move to Room 506 at 11:45 PM, requiring us to carry our belongings ourselves as no staff offered assistance. Despite multiple requests, no manager addressed our concerns, reflecting a clear lack of professionalism.
Adding to the list of grievances, when we requested lemon and salt for lemonade later that night, the room service staff giggled at the request, which was both rude and unprofessional.
This experience was deeply frustrating, marked by uncooperative staff and poor management. I will not be revisiting this property and cannot recommend it to others.
