I am writing this post to bring attention to the unethical and unprofessional behavior I have experienced with ACTE. As a part of a commercial agreement with them, we agreed that I would receive payment after the completion of each module. I conducted online classes for two and a half months, teaching on weekends, and fulfilled all my obligations as an instructor, including submitting the necessary attendance details and student feedback on the sessions.
Despite completing all requirements, including getting confirmation from their finance department that everything was validated and the payment was being processed, it has now been over a month and I have yet to receive my payment.
Instructors beware: you may not get paid at the end, no matter how diligently you fulfill your responsibilities. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope others do not have to face the same challenges with ACTE.
