I took Act connection last week only and my connection got problem from yesterday, I was keeponfollowingfrom yesterday night.the service is very pathetic worst than BSNL. At least BSNL guys will tell when will they service, but these guys are not even telling that too.when ever I call the customer care gutguy will say they will prioritize the issue.but no action towards resolution.very bad service
Funny part is morning I got a message in the morning that my service will be addressed by 7:00 pm, after 8:00pm also I am getting same message the worst service
