My friend Hari from Girinagar has taken ACT Broadband services and he has been serious problems witg the internet services.There is no connectivity when there is tree fall and rains.Tge customer support is very rude and tgey dont work towards resolution.
I would suggest people not to take the internet service from ACT because the service provided is very poor.They collect the money in advance and we dont have control on the same because of service not being provided.
Worst part is they simply say we will provide resolution within 24 hours and in actual when you call after 24 hours tgey woukd have tge same sentence ready we will resolve the problem in 24 hours.
I hope this reaches many audience and they alert themselves not to take any services from ACT broadband.
