Today I am going to review about act broadband which I took a new connection at my home in hyderabad.
A sales executive arrived at my home and he was so impressive in his speech which convinced me to take a new act connection.
I payed for 4 months advance and booked the connection for act broadband.he promised me they will connect and will be running in 5 days.
Still I am waiting for a call from customer care team to schedule an appointment for installation.even the call is not connected to customer care team easily when it got comnected they told me to talk with sales rep who visited my home.
When I try to call him he is not answering my calls at all.so I think sales person job is only get the customers lured by their false words and offers.
Over all I can say that its a worst broadband company and want my money to be refund soon back to me.
