Picassa 2 the software tool for archiving photos made available by google is the one on which I have based my review today. Google seems to never stop in its venture form search engine to gmail google has always shown that when it comes to google it is simply the best .
Two years back everyone used ACDSeeas a photoarchiving tool but now even that has become a shareware. The funniest part of it is where ever there is google it arouses competetion and finally better products for the consumer.
Picassa 2 that was available as a shreware now is freely available over the net for download it is about 3mb. Once downloaded it searches the whole hard disk for images. The images once archived are neately aranged it has wonderful GUI. The software gives various editing options such as redeye, and many others.
SO it is not only a photo archiving tool but an editing tool as well. EXCELLENCE is one word to say about it thanks to google!!!!! and BEST OF ALL IT, COMES FREE!
