I am an old customer (a member customer since last more than 10 years) of Abhyudaya Bank - Divale CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai. During last 2 years time Bank services have gone from satisfactory / good category to third class Bank.
They debited ATM Card charges without taking consent or even informing to the customer - first time in last more than 10 years time. As a protest I immediately surrendered my ATM Card, I am so dissatisfied with the services of Abhyudaya Bank in last 2 years time that I have prematurely taken out my money from Bank. Bank didn't care, a member customer is dissatisfied - Bank doesn't care. An old customer has slashed his business volume of more than 90 percent - Bank doesn't care. Bank Manager role is no better than a puppet / a senior clerk. This is how this Bank like to work, public - please take a deep sense of the comment. Trilok Chand Verma.
