abhibus1 is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Onward journey (7 AM to 5 PM): Only one stop at 11 AM at an unhygienic place. No lunch or restroom break during the 10-hour trip.

Return journey: Delayed by 2 hours with no proper prior information.

Customer support was unhelpful and sided with the bus operator.

Very disappointing experience. Will not use Abhibus again.
