No proper arrangements from the travels to pick from Munnar to Theni. It got delayed and we waited for 1 hr in the road and for 8 members they are sending innova which is 7 seater, and no response from the travels end. When we reached them they shared one number, but the mobile is ringing but not picking up at all.. we worst customer support.
