This is one thing I can write about non stop as music is my life especially I miss singers like,Rafi saab,Kishore,Mukesh,singers like Rafi saab could make you feel music & even lose yourself in it .

Have you all heard his songs sung for Shammi ji it makes me feel youthful all over again.When I am very depressed he is the singer whose songs I love to hear sitting alone on my music system or my walk-man for hrs.

Especially when I feel very lonely I love to hear his soothing voice which takes me back to my good old days when lyrics meant more then the instruments. Each song of his has a meaning hear the cassette Rafi sings for O.P.Nayyar saab & you will know what I mean especially the number Oh mujhe dekhkaar aap ka muskuranna is a very lovable song, then hear his number's like Yaad na jayeien beethey deeno ki,all numbers from Guide and most of Dev saab's old movies like Kala Bazaar & Hum dono.

I wish he had lived a little longer so we could have got to hear more good songs from this immortal soul to me he is an unforgettable singer as long as I live I can never stop hearing him again & again.

God let his soul rest in peace. I am sure to get a few spelling mistakes as I have tried to write in Hindi. Have you all heard the song Rafi saab has sung for Dev saab in Asli Naqli Koi soney ke dilwala koi chandi ke dilwale if ever you get to hear it just feel and hear him it is marvellous . Then there are numbers he has sung with mischeif with a child from Andaz of Shammi ji Re mama re mama re you want to know the songs you have to be a crazy fan of his like me hear the number from Madhumati Tootey huve khwabon ne humko ye sikaya hai dil ne ,dilne jisey pahya tha aankhon ne gavan yah hai. These songs are immortal people have come who tried to ape him bu Rafi saab is Rafi saab no one can ever replace him now or ever. Hear his songs like Kiya se kiya ho gaaya tere pyaar mein, then Teri galiyon mein na rakhenge kadam aaj ke baad.

The song Dheere dheere chal chand gagan mein with Lata ji is a beautiful romantic duet then his song Patthar ke sanam tuje humne mohabbat ka khuda jaana, like I said earlier I can go on & on about this Legend like people may be surprised to know I prefer Asha ji much more then Lataji has she has the same versatility like Rafi saab had Oh door ke musafir hum ko bhi saath le le hum reh gaaye akele a song from Uran Khatola with this I thank a good friend who advised me to go on writing about this great singer who is no more with us bodily but left behind his voice to hear and feel him. And at the same time he has left a void which no one can fill now or even in time to come. Rafi saab it is your songs which make me live a life to love and understand music with feelings from the heart.
