As a Academics Resource coordinator I would like to suggest you " A Modern Approach to verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning" is good books for all candidates who prepare the competitive and Entrance Exam. I purchase this book when I prepare competitive exam. This book is divided in two section. The first section deals with verbal reasoning. This section has further been divided into two sub-divisions that elaborate on various ways how verbal reasoning is tested and how to apply logic to arrive at the answer. The second section, entitled Non -verbal reasoning has sub-divisions that acquaints a student about and analytical approach towards solving non-verbal reasoning problems.

Overall, This books is useful for candidate who prepare Banking, MAT, MCA, Hotel management and B.ed also. This book has been written based on the syllabus of the various competitive exams to aid the students understand and cope with this much overlooked yet important portion.
