Most of the people are using PC or laptops and they used to send the files across the network and it is little difficult to send the small files individually. So it is best to use some compression software to compress all the small files in one folder and send that zip files to others.
By using this 7 ZIP we could reduce the file size to great extent and it will result in one file which is easy to transfer. We can compress and uncompress the files, folders etc. It is a opensource software which can be downloaded from internet. There are many formats available including that of ZIP, GZIP, BZIP2 and TAR.
