Worst Dental caries Filling. Review on 32 Smiles Dental Clinic - Marathahalli - Bangalore

It happened to me in the month of April 2017, after lots of reviews and research from net , I chose this dental clinic for fixing my cavity with one of the most rated Doctor Pujari .

I was indeed happy reading all the reviews about him, thought I would be in safe hands .Since I belong to medical background I chose this clinic and doctor after proper analysis .Booking was done on practo website, which also showed the good review about the treatment in this clinic.

Infrastructure is good with 3 seperate rooms including reception area, waiting area and 2 examination room.On the day of appointment I met the so called eminent doctor , he greeted me well and examined my teeths .He said two to three sentences that there are few which are bad and they all need cavity filling.One need to be done immediately.I said ok Doctor go ahead I will do the rest next time , no more talking he just started using his instruments removing the old permanent cement used for filling and refilled it with new composite material and assured me that dont worry it wont come off .I trusted his word, but I was disappointed because there was no interaction at all.

Since the clinic is busy and always people wait in line, no individual attention or clarification done.

He hardly took 10 minutes to do the procedure and told me to pay Rs.500 .I did pay and came home wondering whether it is properly done because he did that quick

.Not to my suprise, the cavity filling came off and I had to rush to another dental clinic to get it fixed properly.This time I didnt go to this clinic so my teeth is safe.I have no issues till now.So I don't prefer to anyone planning to do cavity filling and dont take treatment from a doctor , who doesnt explain or deal with patients and clear their doubts.
