Liars, Modern Cheaters and Fraud. Review on 100bestbuy

I ordered for a Multi media Speaker set from 100bestbuy.com and I got a confirmation that "my payment is received and soon I will get a mail with the shipment details". After waiting for even ten days, I didn receive any mail or communication or response from them. so I logged on to the site to track my shipment, it led me to a link, that had both shipment and reference number with the url of blue dart for tracking the shipment.

But to my surprise both the reference no and  tracking number returned to be invalid in blue dart site.hen I had sent a mail to them inquiring about the delivery of the product. I didn't get reply till now.

Then I called up the Helpline provided in the web site. I had been kept waiting for more than 10 mins without proper response from any of their executives, I had to explain the problem again and again, but no one seems to understand or they don't bother about their customers. Finally I got a reply that ur order will be processed today and you will get the material but till now not received any update. I even asked their executive about the reference and tracking no provided in their site. He coolly without shame told me that it was a wrong information.

Whatever happened to me is ok, But I strongly request all others not get caught into their trap, these people are modern online cheaters - Fraud.
