This is Prashanth again. This is a call I recorded with Harjit singh of 100bestbuy.com. I have to give a call back to him in order to record this call.In the earlier call I got from him he said that his CEO asked to gve me a call back and sort out the issue(after I forwarded the call recordings from cust care). Any one on planet earth can challenge me to check the genuinity of the call as I have taken the screenshots of call timings and number on my cell phone. I can even get the itemized bill of mine to prove that call was made to his mobile number. He openly agreed in this call that the sales person lied.
