E-commerce Industry is not what u guys r. Review on 100bestbuy

I purchased 2 US Polo T-shirts from this website. They send me t-shirts of small size which I never ordered & that too of Ralph Lauren...(Gosh! its a 2500 rs t-shirt in market which u sent me)..The t-shirts are completely a fake replica..A new t-shirt looks like as if its been worn by somebody atleast 2-3 times..anyways then I chase these people on the following no's (080-6570 3191, 080-6547 0656, 080-6570 4028, 8065470406, 08088211777) which nobody answers. Then with all this nuisance I post a review on mouthshut "100 bestbuy selling fake branded products" then I receive a call from their side saying they will refund my money & I need to ship the products back but I need to delete the review I posted. I said I will do so after I receive

the refund. After I shipped my products back, I receive a call that what is the problem that I have sent the product back, I again explain the story..is this called as management? After I month I again chase them that please refund my money, they tell me they will be sending me a cheque in a weeks time. I still have not received any payment. Guys please dont buy from this website its a completely fraud website.
