When I found myself pregnant with my first child I felt all alone and clueless. I wanted to know everything and this book helped get me started and I carried it with me throughout the pregnancy. I refered to the book several times and read it at least twice. This book gives you a month by month overview of what to expect for your body, your feelings, and at the doctors office. I did not have the comfort of my Mom or older women around so this book was my best friend. There are other books by this author that follow your childs developement and I have them as well. I think this is a must have for every pregnant woman!
