This cordless phone is second cordless which I own. The other one was also from Panasonic but it was previously called National Panasonic. But this is wow! really beautiful. Light and great colour in black. Cordless with hands free of speaker phone on the base system makes it doubly useful. The system on the whole very light. Handset have facility of lights the moment you switch it on making it available even in dark. The speaker on the base has a good volume control. The base set has a microphone which is very effective too. On the whole it is a product you will miss if you do not own it. Great value for money. Problems, yes one definite problem and that is the power adaptor is very big. It should have been built into the base system.
