Help & Support:

Frankly, I did not buy it. It was gifted me by a friend and I am thankful to him, for now I have a hot property.

I guess it is a dry spray type iron.

I had owned a conventional electric iron with all metal body and a bulky heavy black handle. It had hardly any temperature controls. The new Philips HI-124 is like a Porche 911!

The iron is very light weight. The body is of Polypropylene (plastic) and the base is of some light weight alloy, which heats up very fast. A smart temperature control switch offers a selection of various fabric types.

The bright red LED indicated heating ON & OFF. The power cable has a smart swivel type joint, avoids any bends.

In the handle there is a small water tank, so that during ironing, one can spray little water to give a super duper steam press. Good for cuffs and collars.

Overall smart looking piece and a brand name to match. A must for busy working class families. I am using it for past 2-3 years, so could you.
