I opened my account with ICICI mainly for the accessibility , ( at that time they had as many ATM's then all the other banks put together ) .
It really helped to have an ICICI ATM almost at every alternative Petrol Pump and almost everywhere in Mumbai , so I really didnt have to worry about finding an ATM .
But really later I discovered the convenience of Internet Banking with them , Now I really use the Bill Pay , Cash TRansfer and information facility extensively to the extent that I rarely have to really go to the bank at all .
The Bill pay is really good for pesky bills like Electricity , Mobile, MTNL where you have to go to their office to pay the bill and now that Insurance has also been added I can now pay my premiums also thru ICICI .
