Samtron monitors are usually good. Infact I have had this monitor for my computer for the past year and half and have had no problems what so ever. The installation is simple and even a novice can learn to use it. No flickering in the picture and good resolution. And the power consumption of it is lower compared to those of ViewSonic monitors. I guess it comes with a 3 year warranty which I doubt will ever be needed. It is always recommended to buy a new one regarding any computer related item rather than going in for a used one and so is the case with Samtron monitors
