Bank in my pocket. Review on Citibank MasterCard Credit Card

Anywhere I am in the world my shopping done and instant cash withdrawl. a wonderful thrill i'm experiencing right now. out of three credit cards with me, citibank's is my first preference since I get excellent response and prompt responses. others, I use it as only, a standby.sometimes it's annoying that latepayment and consequent service charge levied to my account, but when iwrite back to them, of course in a pungent way, I am astonished to get such a courteous reply taking the trouble of explaining me the rationale behind the charges.but when I quoted the date of my draft and my previous prompt repayment record, look, they are gracious enough of reversing the debit entry.the only irritant to me is that my statements are posted to my hometown despite my request to send statements to my camp address where I stay for 4/5 months.they say 'you can have access online to your acct or contact our offices.'but this is not practicable in my case as I have rare use of online.if this facility is acceded, instead of sending to hometown, sending to a specific place for some specified requested time , it may be helpful to people of my sort.despite this small irritant,i tell my friends that I get excellent service from my citibank card. the other day when I was in singapore and contacted madras office, it's a pleasant surprise for me to be told that they have sent a credit card for 25k limit as guesture of goodwill and gift in view of my straight record. what an innovative incentive for promptness? thanks a lot!, this certainly helps me, particularly when I am on my present tour to u.s. and far east countries for over a year on pleasure trip. thanks,mouthshut.com, u gave me a wonderful opportunity to tell something about my pocket banker.
