I have purchased it in year 1998. Before I purchased the bike I have made some enquieres about the bike and got the information that the maintenance would be more because some Indian made parts are used in the bike for reducing the cost of the bike viz carborator, shock abservers etc., but till todate I have not spend single paise on repairs except the change of engine oil filter cleanings. So, we can say the bike is maintenance free bike.I am geting milage around seventy to seventy five kilo meters per litre. Usually in the week ends I am on long drive to places like Mysore, Tumkur etc., or to my home town Kurnool 350 km form Bangalore. I advised my colleauges to purchase this bike. They also have same opinion like me about the bike. One of my colleauge is geting mileage aroung eighty kilo meters per litre.
