R220 from Samsung is a good phone by all means. though this is the first one I bought, I did a lot of survey before narrowing down on this model.
One, it looks cool. Quite a breakthrough and far better than Nokia, where all models look almost the same!! (Sorry Nokia, but thats a fact).
Also, it has very simple and easy to use (and learn) interface and makes your handling calls/messages like butter. Clarity - my friends who have used Nokia too, have confirmed that clarity is as good as Nokia phones.
Gives a good talk time - at least 4 hrs....maybe more.
Being light weight makes it easy to carry in even shirt pockets, and you dont have to hold it in your hand as you travel.
And never forget its cool ocean blue backlit - that works as a torch as well!
