I have been an account holder with this bank for more than 5 years now. Fairly satisfied with their service. In fact I have stopped using the nationalised banks ever since I have opened my account with this bank. However, there are couple of problems which have inherently given me trouble. Their branch in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi is probably their least looked after branch. The ATM here is often out of order. The branch is also very small and personal banking is really tiresome. There has also been case of my internet banking password being declared illegal. Funniest part is I used that password was used by me a day before this problem came up. When I approached my bank (I had to go to my original bank where I opened my account, and I think this is bad indeed), I was told that I should come after 15 days to collect my password (they do not send password by mail in such cases, crazy). However, their website is quite okay though very slow at times. I do not have their credit card but that should not be a problem area at all.
