I have been an airtel for the last 9 years since the service started. I have found them to be very prompt and helpful.
But one thing I hate about them is their customer service cell. There is a minimum wait of 5 mins., when one wants to speak to a customer representative. First it is so difficult to even get to that option. What I have started to do now is randomly punch in number till they tell me that since I am entering invalid options, they will now connect me to a person.
And the person also asks so many questions before they will even here a simple question of yours or reply to it.
It really infuriates me sometimes.
I havent tried HUTCH in Delhi and because of laziness have not enquired either whether their service is any better.
They really should give better response and maybe take the MOTTO Reach out and TOUCH SOMEONE not REACH OUT and TOUCH SOMETHING.
