Pressure cooker is a one can say scientifically designed cooking aid.Actually while using it people don't take so much care of it ..they just think that it's very easy to handle it.But it's not the way we think has made it easy to use but it's the principle which made it easy ..
For every pressure cooker it is recommended to place the vent when the steam start's coming out but people usually keep the vent intact while using the cooker.
''Actually it's because the pressure which is built inside the cooker should be of pure steam and not of both air and steam''.
So it should be taken care to place the vent when the stem starts coming out .
