Croma truly represents the customer apathy that you experience with all Tata companies.
The quality of the Croma brand products, their demo/installation process and the after sale service are all frustrating.
Worst part is the customer service. Customers have to deal with non-knowledegeable executives who call you multiple times a day and eat the time without providing any resolution.
I would hope that Croma brand dies soon and customers are saved from harassment.
